Return Policy

Non-Returnable

This item is non-returnable due to the consumable nature of the product.

However, in the unlikely event of damaged, defective or different/wrong item delivered to you, we will provide a full refund or free replacement as applicable. The refund will be done within 15 working days.

We may contact you to ascertain the damage or defect in the product prior to issuing refund/replacement.

Cancellation Policy

You as a customer can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing an order by calling our customer service. In such a case, we will refund and reverse any payments already made by you.

If we suspect any fraudulent transaction by any customer or any transaction which defies the terms & conditions of using the website, we at our sole discretion could cancel such orders. We will maintain a negative list of all fraudulent transactions and customers and would deny access to them or cancel any orders placed by them.
